WORK IT OUT

Fit Sunday is here again, and today we talk work out! Maybe the name FIT Sunday implies that you will get some advice from a fit person, but this is just my journey or try to get myself back in shape since I gained quite some weight lately. Today’s post is all about a workout book I purchased recently! It is much easier to work out for me if I have a program and make it a challenge for myself. So when a friend recommended we start with Kayla Itsines workouts, I was totally excited. We now completed third week of 12 week plan, and I have to say that pants already fit a bit better and I feel amazing! Why I love these workouts? They consist of two 7 minutes long circuits that you repeat twice. ( yes you are done in half hour) And if you think that is not much, you couldn’t be more wrong! FIT nedelja je ponovno tu, in danes bomo govorile o telovadbi. Če mogoče pod rubriko FIT nedelja pričakujete nasveto od kakšne izjemno fit osebe, boste žal tukaj priča samo mojemu procesu, no ali poizkusu, da se  potem ko sem pred kratkim pridobila kar nekaj kilogramov zopet povrnem v formo. Danes bomo govorile o fitnes programu Kayle Itsines. Zame je vadba veliko lažja in zabavnejša, če imam program katerega si postavim za izziv. Ko mi je prijateljica predlagala da skupaj začneva z to vadbo sem bila takoj za, in sedaj končujeva že tretji teden dvanajstednskega programa. Moram se pohvaliti, da hlače postajajo vse bolj udobne, sama pa se počutim fenomenalno. Ta vadba je popolna za vse, ki nimate po cele dneve časa, da bi telovadile saj je končana v samo pol ure, in jo lahko izvajate kar doma. Kar pa še ne pomeni, da je lahka. Vaje so res težke in po vadbi res veš da si se naredil nekaj dobrega. Če si želite poizkusitit vadbe, lahko brezplačen tedenski program dobite TU.
