CHIA PUDDING

 Today I am introducing you to two changes on my blog. First is new section… let’s call it Fit Sunday. What’s that about? Me and my lovely friend decided to change up out lifestyle a bit and switch it to  more healthy one. So in this section you can expect everything from healthy recipes, workout inspiration, lovely sports clothes and similar stuff. The second change is, I will finally start writing blog in two languages with hope, that I have some Slovenian readers out there (yes???). So for today I prepared to you the easiest recipe EVER!!! Delicious Chia seeds pudding. 

You will need:

Chia seeds
chocolate soya milk

Put 1 dcl of soya milk and 2 tbsp chia seeds in the glass and stir. Put in the fridge for few hours or over night, and voila here is you healthy snack or dessert! You can also use vanilla flavored milk and top it with any fruit you want.

Danes že začenjamo s prvim receptom in to je super enostaven in hitro pripravljen puding iz Chia semen.

Potrebovali boste:

Chia semena

Čokoladno sojino mleko ( jaz ga kupim v Hoferju)

Semena in mleko zmešate v kozarcu ter pustite v hladilniku par uric ali čez noč.

1,2,3 super okusna in zdrava sladica je pripravljena 🙂
